Gotta love labels!

Organize your mail using labels (which mostly work like folders, but a message can be assigned more than one label). Here’s how to create a new label and and move messages to that label so that they no longer appear in your inbox. To begin open a message or conversation or click checkboxe(s) to select items- this causes the toolbar to appear. Then:

Let’s say I want to name the new label “Canvas”…

You’ve created a new label! It’s easy to move your message/conversation to this label (read “folder”)

Want to move multiple messages/conversations? Select items using the checkboxes then go to step 6.
